What a tremendous injustice has Diane and her family been dealt. It is such a tremendous frustration to know that so much evidence has been found to vindicate her, and yet our lackadaisical Judges and system refuse to bring this to a jury and into the light. My studies in Law and my faith in our system has faltered because of cases such as this. I do not feel that our founding fathers ever, meant for Justice to be ruled by single men and women, but rather a Jury of our piers. Piers that receive honest and true FACTS. In this case we have certainly failed. Diane, God Bless you, and your children. I wish I could help you more.

Free Diane Fleming! Her case sickens me that the State of Virginia is so ruthless & wont free her when theres evidence that she didnt murder her husband! It was a freak accident! That just goes to show that never trust in man, but in God! My prayers are with Diane & her family!

Just watched Diane`s interview on report "sweet misery" here in U.K . appalled and shocked that a modern scientifically informed society as the USA could allow this beautiful, dignified and undoubtly innocent woman be incarceratd for 50 years for an unproveable and defective allegation ,a prosecution driven on the motive of fear and blindness to the truth that we all need to face eventually. God bless her ,God help Virginia , and God help us all

It amazes me that Ms. Fleming could have been found guilty in the face of such circumstantial evidence. How on earth did a jury come to this conclusion? And why have her appeals not been heard? This case is a disgraceful reflection on "justice" in the State of Virginia.

I am a pharmaceutical professional. I have been working with a lawyer volunteering time for Diane, to make an appeal for a pardon directly to the Governor of Virginia. We plan to submit it by Oct 2011, asking for a release by Christmas. When we give the signal, we need everyone to call the Governor's office to make sure he pays attention! Are you in?

What has happened to Diane is an embarrassment to the legal profession and the justice system. I feel sick to my stomach that something like this could happen in the United States of America. I believe we live in the greatest country in the world; one in which our forefathers invested so much with the intention to protect us all from injustices such as the one inflicted on Diane and her family in this case. I am SHOCKED that this poor woman is still in prison. Learning of this case has dealt a serious blow to the confidence I have in our great profession. I sit here this evening one baffled and frightened attorney.

I just watched a doc on Diane in the UK and can not believe this is still going on. The evidence is there yet the courts choose to do nothing about it. I hope the law sees sense and allows Diane out so she can be with the paople that really care about her. Good luck

I just watched Diane's story on TV, I find it unbelievable that such an injustice like this can happen. Of course the Judges aren't going to admit that the justice system made a mistake, surely it should be looked at by judges in another state so their ruling can be impartial. I hope someone soon is brave enough to stand up and say, 'this is not right'. God bless you and your family Diane, and God bless your friends, they are wonderful.
